Coffee Roasting Deadline
To insure that your coffee gets from our roaster to your table in 24-72 hours, I roast and ship every Tuesday morning. Therefore, the order deadline for each week is Tuesday 7AM. After 7AM, orders will be roasted the following Tuesday.

You’ve probably never experienced a dark roast coffee like our Delectable Dark. Our dark roast is barely dark, which means that you can actually taste this super smooth bean with its prominent notes of chocolate and nut. You’d be hard pressed to find a dark roast coffee this smooth with zero bitterness. If you’ve always wondered what real coffee tastes like, you’ll be pleasantly surprised with our Delectable Dark. White Lightning is simply a super light roast of our normal Costa Rican beans. It doesn’t taste like “normal” coffee. It tastes more like a super smooth peanut butter tea. Many of our customers are crazy about mixing 80% Dark with 20% White. This may be a walk on the wild side, but it’s worth every step! (14+ oz) – (Warning – these beans are very hard. We receive more compliments on our Delectable Decaf Coffee than any of our other roasts. We start with the highest quality, single source, Costa Rican, coffee that money can buy. Then, we decaffeinate our coffee using the natural Swiss Water Process, which makes for a very smooth and flavorful cup of coffee. Lastly, we roast using the low-n-slow method to create a beautiful dark brown color. You’d be hard pressed to tell the difference between this and our regular Majestic Medium. (14+ oz)
Espresso is a brewing method. It is not a bean. It is not a blend. And it certainly is not a roast. To say otherwise is nothing more than marketing hype. That being said, you should espresso brew whatever beans that you like; light, medium, dark, Costa Rican, Brazillian, whatever. The “only” difference between our whole bean Espresso coffee and our Delectable Dark is the label on our bag. But if it makes you happy to buy a bag that says “Espresso”, then here it is for you.
