Fresh Roasted Coffee Beans Online

There are a number of companies that offer fresh coffee beans online. The question is, which one is the best? Great marketing doesn’t make great coffee, BUT fresh coffee beans do make great coffee.

Smooth Coffee

Fresh Roasted Coffee Beans OnlineI’d like to say that we have the best fresh roasted coffee beans online, but in reality, that all depends on what you’re looking for. If you like burnt and bitter industrial coffee, then we’re probably not the best choice. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a soul satisfyingly smooth cup of coffee, then I have good news for you. You are definitely in the right place.

Our customers want to taste the coffee beans, not the coffee roaster. They want to be able to discern the bean’s natural subtle flavors of citrus, chocolate, fruit, or spices. Additionally, they want to buy from a real live, honest too goodness person, not some nameless corporation that doesn’t give a hoot about you or your values.

Your Coffee Company

The coffee she bought was grown on high-altitude, shade grown, small farms, hand picked, and then sun dried. And she only bought enough fresh roasted coffee to last her a few short weeks. Her coffee brewing result was a soul satisfying smooth cup of great coffee. What we’re doing at Lake City Coffee is giving you the same fresh coffee beans online.

What Does Fresh Mean?

Gourmet Coffee BeansHere’s a truth that you can take to the bank. All coffee starts going stale, i.e., bitter, in about 30 days. Additionally, a vast majority of coffee in the US has been sitting in dusty old warehouses or on your local store shelves for months if not years. No wonder the coffee is bitter.

Industrial coffee companies know this. That’s why they burn the snot out of their beans. Just take a trip to a foreign country, it doesn’t matter which one, and try their coffee. You’ll love it! Why? Because it’s fresh!   With our coffee being so old, there’s no wonder that coffee in the US isn’t fit for feeding to the dogs.

Kingsford Coffee?

fresh coffee beansIf you haven’t had truly great coffee, then you’ve never really had coffee. When industrial coffee companies burn coffee beans, you know what you end up with? Charcoal. Most Americans have never truly had great coffee. The major factor for great coffee comes down to freshness.

How do you know if a bag of coffee is truly fresh? The answer to that should be obvious. You’d think, that you’d just look at the roast date clearly marked on the bag. Good luck with that. You’d be hard pressed to find any coffee roaster that actually marks their coffee bags with the roast date. Fortunately for you, we do. We roast and ship every Tuesday, with the roast date clearly hand written on your paper tin-tie bags. Just like great-grandma used to buy.

Storing Coffee

how to store fresh roasted coffeeYou can see why we guarantee: “From Our Roaster To Your Table In 24-48 hours”. Here’s the problem. People like our coffee so much, they often want to order 10 pounds. But I tell them to never buy more coffee than they’ll drink in 30 days.

Generally speaking, no space age packaging or storage technology can keep coffee fresh for more than 30 days. Fortunately for you, I found a way to keep your 3rd bag of coffee almost as fresh as your first bag. Just click the link above to learn how.

Even so, the best solution is to buy fresh coffee beans online. Now, your great-grandma roasted her own beans each week. Obviously, you’re too busy for that, so we’ll do the roasting any then teach you how your great-grandma use to make real coffee.

Fresh Coffee Beans Online

fresh roasted coffee beans onlineOK, we’ve talked about what’s “fresh”. Now let’s talk about the roasting process. Here’s another truth about coffee. If the beans are black, then you’re tasting the roaster and not the bean. Many people tell me that they like “strong” coffee. In reality, what they’re saying is, “I like burnt coffee.”

When an industrial coffee company burns their beans, do you know what you end up with? Charcoal. That’s right. Frankly, if you like burnt coffee, then you might as well buy a bag of Kingsford Charcoal and drink that. I’m not kidding. If coffee upsets your stomach, it has nothing to do with acid. It’s because you’re drinking charcoal. Seriously, coffee has nearly the same ph level as tomato juice and milk.

The oils in the coffee bean are where all the bioflavonoids, antioxidants, caffeine, and flavor reside. As soon as you grind those beans, those oils start to evaporate. And it doesn’t matter how you store that pre-ground coffee, the taste starts to dissipate immediately.

Therefore, you only want whole bean coffee and you grind it right before brewing.

Why Online?

Stronger CoffeeGrocery stores, restaurants, and hotels approach us often to carry our coffee. We turn them down. Crazy huh? But they enough product to fill their shelves for 3 to 6 months!

If I’m telling our customers to never buy more coffee than what they can drink in 30 days, then why would I sell our “fresh” coffee to a retailer to just sit on the shelf? That’s nuts. Therefore, we only sell to folks like you. You can only buy our fresh roasted coffee beans online. That’s how we guarantee that it’s fresh.

Fresher Than Local Coffee

Best Whole Bean CoffeeI wish that I could tell you that your local coffee roaster has fresh roasted coffee. I stop at nearly every coffee shop that I pass by; whether that’s in New England, The Pacific Northwest, The Mid-West, or perhaps in your home town. Unfortunately, you’d be hard pressed to find coffee in your home town that’s less than 30 days old and more likely 90 days old, i.e., already going stale.

Additionally, your local coffee roaster is most likely trying to become the next Charbucks, or at a very minimum, they’re trying to duplicate Charbuck’s burnt and bitter industrial coffee. The list below is just a few cities around the country which we roast and ship the same day. And they keep buying from us. Why? Because our coffee is still warm when it goes into their shipping box.
